This ham is made from free-range Tuscan pigs and is very spicy in taste. The ham is boneless and has a layer of pepper. It has at least 18 months to mature.
In terms of taste, it is very spicy. It has a maturation period of at least 18 months and is soft and of a strong to bright red when cut. Ideal for a Tuscan buffet.
On pre-order, it is also available seasoned with fennel or pepperoni.

There are 2 cuts for the ham. One is about 1.6-1.8 kg as shown, and then the significantly larger semicircular shape. This one is rather 2.5kg to 3kg. Guaranteed boneless. The smaller version can sometimes still have a small bone piece.
If the ham deviates downward by more than 100g, the difference will be refunded.
If it is larger, that is to your advantage.
Also available as a whole ham. Then it weighs about 8kg and now also as pieces of about 300 g.
