Shipping to Germany
Currently, we add a seasonal surcharge of €1.00 with DHL to the shipping costs. Because all shipping services have been charging surcharges since the end of October and unfortunately we have to pass these costs on.
Shipping with DPD is currently still free from €100. With DHL from €200. Despite the surcharges from the shipping providers.

Return shipping costs
In case of cancellation without a defect, the buyer generally has to bear the return shipping costs.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes at their place of residence abroad, if required by the respective country.
Currently, a 15% tariff applies to European products in the USA.
This applies especially regarding any consumption taxes and similar charges.
