This classic Tuscan farmhouse salami has larger pieces of fat and is seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It is aged in natural casing for about 2 months and has noble mold.

Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, dextrose, natural flavors, antioxidant: E300, preservatives: E252 and E250

The item is available in 2 variants:

Vacuum sealed and always directly available, and in the variant from the photo with noble mold. The variant without plastic not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration) but is also a bit cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a little better. You just have to bring a bit of patience or plan ahead, as this version is only delivered fresh approximately every 4-5 weeks.

The company Montalcino Salumi srl was founded more than 15 years ago by a group of people with extensive experience in pork processing.

They are engaged in the production and wholesale of Tuscan quality sausages.

As a sausage and ham factory, we specialize in the processing and preservation of ham, various sausages, and cooked products made from selected and genuine raw materials.

Production still follows the old family recipes of the Vasco Sassetti family.

Today they are mainly known for processing pork and wild boar meat from Italian farms and for allergen- and gluten-free production of sausages with traditional flavors.
