Bright golden yellow/vibrant and intense perlage.

The L Extravertie Blanc de Blancs shows an expressive nose with exotic citrus fruits, fragrant blossoms, and distinctive minerality. A champagne that promises power and juiciness even in its aroma. It becomes more beautiful and captivating the more oxygen it is allowed to open to.

Juicy, powerful, and precise, it glides over the tongue with pronounced carbonation, revealing a salty minerality. Its finish is long and impressive. The perfect aperitif and partner to classic French dishes with shellfish and fish.

Harvested from 7 Cru vineyards, Chouilly, le Mesnil sur-Oger, l Oiry, Cramant, Oger, Cuis, Villeneuve in the 2021 vintage +14% reserve wines from 2020. 

Matured in wooden barrels on fine lees without fining and filtration. Bottled July 2022, disgorged June 2024, dosage 3.5g/l.

Pertois-Lebrun

The Pertois-Lebrun house was established through the marriage of Paul Pertois and Françoise Lebrun, who combined their families' vineyards in 1955. Their daughter Odile took over the management of the winery. She was followed in the fifth generation by her nephews Clément and Antoine.

The two brothers, who grew up in Provence, complement each other excellently. Clément is the nature lover who is converting the 44 plots and 9.5 hectares in the Grand Cru locations of Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Chouilly, Oger, and Oiry to organic farming, while Antoine has hung up his career as a management consultant and takes care of the business affairs.

The excellent grape quality of the old vineyards is processed at the winery today depending on the cuvée in stainless steel, in wood, or in sandstone amphorae. The brothers exclusively produce Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru with a lot of pressure, minerality, liveliness, and aromatic precision.
