IGP hazelnuts have specific quality parameters, such as the homogeneous shape, the excellent smell, and the outstanding taste after roasting. The hazelnuts are also very well preserved. These characteristics make the Piedmontese hazelnut (Tonda Gentile) one of the best hazelnuts in the world.

Unfortunately, there was a very small harvest. Prices had to be increased as a result.

We will also not be supplied until January 2026, as he is fully booked in production and I have no "appreciation for handmade products" after I complained about the last partially inedible, overly roasted delivery.
