Olasagasti is a family business with an almost 100-year history in fish canning. Founded in the 1920s in the Spanish Basque Country, Olasagasti is one of the major traditional names when it comes to preparing quality tuna. The company is located a bit inland from the Bay of Biscay, still close enough to the fishing port of Ondarroa to bid on the freshest tuna at the local fish auction for the production of these artisan delicacies. The tuna processed are caught selectively and sustainably by line fishing and carry the Dolphin-Safe label.
