According to traditional recipe from grandmother Ana María, passed down for generations: Intended as a small salad appetizer with simple but flavorful ingredients in difficult times. Then as now, the onions are hand-cut julienne and mixed with a bit of garlic and parsley. Served with white bread and a cool white wine. Simply delicious!
