Extra virgin olive oil from hand-picked Leccino, Frantoio and Coratina olives. With a green color and golden reflections, the oil has an acidity of between 0.2-0.4%. Slightly grassy scent, as well as almonds, flowers and fresh fruit. The taste is delicately fruity and delicate with hints of artichokes and sweet almonds.
