Once again, Ingo Holland has proven his skill and developed a potato mash spice for Tim Mälzer that gives even simple potato dishes an incomparable aroma. His tip: Cook predominantly waxy potatoes, add olive oil or butter, sprinkle with the spice, and mash with a fork. Also season fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, or baked potatoes with it.
