Regions of origin: Umbria, Marche (Italy) Brownish white truffles (tartufo bianco) with a relatively smooth surface and intense aroma. The color of the flesh varies depending on the host tree (nut to cream-colored), the shape depending on soil conditions.

 White truffles are usually only shaved raw over finished dishes. The amount per serving is calculated at 5g (small appetizer) to 15g (generously over the main course).

When we select the truffles for you, we always strive to find tubers as close as possible to the weight you desire. However, since we do not cut tubers, we cannot always adhere exactly to this weight.

Minimum weight: 20 g

Price fluctuates "daily". It can happen that if the supplier has raised prices, we unfortunately have to charge an additional 10 to 20 cents per gram.
