Occurrence: approx. 25 tons/year in the Piedmont / Alba region.

The sorting ranges from 30g-100g. (Sometimes larger) Brownish white truffles (tartufo bianco) with a relatively smooth surface and intense aroma. The color of the flesh varies depending on the host tree (nut to cream-colored), the shape depending on the soil conditions.

White truffles are usually only shaved raw over the finished dishes. The amount per serving is calculated as 5g (small appetizer) to 15g (generously over the main course). This truffle is only collected in Alba and is individually packaged and sealed; the place of origin is certified and confirmed by the city of Alba. White truffle, top quality with certificate.

Minimum weight: 40 g

Store refrigerated at a maximum of +7°C.

Price fluctuates "daily". It can happen that if the supplier has raised prices, we unfortunately have to charge an additional 10 to 20 cents per gram.

Depends on numerous factors. For example, harvesting cannot be done in the rain.
