These pralines are pure indulgence. Finest Piedmont hazelnuts combined with dark chocolate. Tartuflanghe uses only the hazelnut variety "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" with the protected designation of origin I.G.T. for Dolce d'Alba. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with white chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with amaretto-almond flavor, or as coffee-cocoa bean pralines.
