From November to March from the Périgord and Provence regions. In good ripeness, deep black truffles with a surface covered in medium-sized warts and fine white veins in the flesh. Occurrence about 75 tons/year. The black winter or Périgord truffle is mainly used in fine French cuisine.

Price fluctuates "daily". It can happen that if the supplier has raised prices, we unfortunately have to charge an additional 10 to 20 cents per gram.
