La Quiberonnaise has managed to permanently have a hand on part of the butter production and fills the liquid gold with sardines in the can. An exclusive specialty and delicious, not only in the cold season, are the fine butter sardines. The can is closed and slightly warmed so that the butter inside liquefies, then opened and the contents lightly fried in a pan, just enough so that the butter is about to brown.
