The grapes are selectively hand-picked (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 1,200 bottles

Yield per hectare: 95 quintals of grapes / ha = 55 hl / ha. These new paths in Franciacorta thus clearly distinguish themselves from houses like Ca' Del Bosco.
