Dosage: 6g Degorgiert: 10/2022In Rosé Majeur, one finds the entire aromatic finesse of the champagne wines of the house AYALA. The emblematic grape variety of the house, Chardonnay, is present in this cuvée at 51%. This gives the rosé freshness and elegance.
The Pinot Noir comes only from Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims.
Assemblage from 24 different vineyards of the winery from the vintages 2019-2016. 6% Grand Cru red wine so that the Rosé also becomes pink.
The focus in production is on letting the fruit of the Pinot Noir shine.
51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier
