After an extended aging in the wine cellar, the Brut Nature reveals itself to be wonderfully elegant and aromatic. The cuvée is characterized by a deliberately extended autolysis, which highlights the wonderful quality of the grapes from the best crus of Champagne even more.
This wine composition, largely made from Chardonnay but also Pinot Noir, was created without any artifice. To a small extent, Meunier completes the composition in all its finesse and contributes to the pure, balanced character of the champagne.
55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier
