Ancient Piedmontese Nougat Shop

The inventors of Tartufi dolci are the Sebaste family near Alba, in Piedmont. They roast the Piedmont hazelnuts IGP and process them in an incomparable way into truffle pralines, now available in numerous variations combined with milk, dark or white chocolate, or with pistachios or lemon zest. However, they started with Torrone, the white nougat, which they made with hazelnuts instead of almonds. Soft and hard variations are a real delicacy.
