This is a classic salami for me. If you want to try Italian salami without being surprised by a seasoning or ingredient, you are in the right place.
Only finely ground fat pieces are added to the sausage, and then it is seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It has matured in natural casings for about 2 months and is covered with noble mold.

The item is available in 2 variants:
Vacuum sealed and always directly available, and in the variant from the photo with noble mold. The variant without plastic not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration) but is also a bit cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a little better. You just have to bring a bit of patience or plan ahead, as this version is only delivered fresh approximately every 4-5 weeks.
