Pancetta! Should by now be known from every cooking show. One of Italy's great export hits, and rightly so.
The streaky bacon comes from local Tuscan pig breeds. The pieces are well-seasoned. They mature for several months and are highly recommended when thinly sliced on bread or in pasta sauces.
Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, natural flavors, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252 and E250.
Store in a cool and dry place.
