Piedmont100 % Nebbiolo, harvested from various vineyards around Barolo and Barbaresco. Each vineyard is vinified separately– the alcoholic fermentation lasts 3 to 4 weeks at 28 to 32 °C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and barrique. The aging process lasts 18 to 20 months, partly in small and partly in large wooden barrels. Only then are the batches combined in the steel tank to create the final cuvée and bottled. A Langhe with structure and origin – clear in expression, but anything but simple.
