Rohmilchkäse von der Milch alter Rassen in alpiner Käsetradition sind die Spezialität von Alfio und Evanzio Fiandino im Valle Grana in der Piemonteser Region Cuneo, ihre besondere Spezialität ist der Castelmagno DOP. Sie halten rund 250 Tiere, käsen und affinieren. Die Kühe gehören den alten Rassen Bruna Alpina und Pezzata Rossa an. Viele von ihnen gehen über den Sommer auf die Alp, zwischen Juni und September. Verarbeitet wird ihre Rohmilch zu den Käsespezialitäten des Piemont, die für ihre Milchigkeit bekannt sind und ihre feine Würze.
