The company Montalcino Salumi srl was founded more than 15 years ago by a group of people with extensive experience in pork processing.
They are engaged in the production and wholesale of Tuscan quality sausages.
As a sausage and ham factory, we specialize in the processing and preservation of ham, various sausages, and cooked products made from selected and genuine raw materials.
Production is still based on old family recipes from the Vasco Sassetti family.
Today, they are primarily known for processing pork and wild boar meat from Italian farms and for the allergen- and gluten-free production of sausages with traditional flavors.
