Shelled and roasted hazelnuts, delicacy from Piedmont with protected geographical indication (IGP)

IGP hazelnuts have certain quality parameters, such as a homogeneous shape, excellent aroma, and outstanding taste after roasting. The hazelnuts are also very durable. These characteristics distinguish the Piedmont hazelnut (Tonda Gentile) as probably the best hazelnuts in the world.

Unfortunately, there was a very small harvest. Prices had to be increased as a result.

The reason for the small harvest is the weather conditions. That's why, in our opinion, the quality is noticeably affected this year. 

Still tastes very good, but please don't compare it to previous years.
