Domaine Cachat-Ocquidant, now managed by Jean Marc Cachat, is located in the small village of Ladoix at the foot of the famous Corton mountain. In addition to a wide range of red wines, the company also produces, on a smaller scale, very interesting white wines, which sommeliers often consider insider tips. For a long time, Jean Marc tended Coche-Dury's plots in the legendary Corton and also assisted Coche in the aging of the wines. As a result, they always exhibit the mineral character of the appellation with contemporary vinification and a great deal of sensitivity in the use of oak. The domaine's core competence, however, lies clearly in delicately spicy red wines from Ladoix, Aloxe, Savigny, and Chorey. The monopoly site of the Corton Clos des Vergennes has been one of the most reliable wines from this Grand Cru for many years. The Domaine Cachat-Ocquidant, now run by Jean Marc Cachat, is located in the village of Ladoix at the foot of the famous Corton mountain.

In addition to mainly red wines, some truly very interesting white wines are produced in smaller quantities, which are often referred to as insider tips by sommeliers. For a long time, Jean Marc tended the parcels of Coche-Dury at the legendary Corton and also assisted in the vinification of the wines at Coche.
