The Notte a San Martino is created in the heart of the Lugana growing area, here, in this place of deep connection with the land, the young entrepreneurs Giorgio, Giordana, and Giovanni made the decision to share the passion of their parents Graziella and Giulio for this region.
This wine is made exclusively from a harsh selection of Merlot grapes, about 50% of which are partially dried in the attic. After precise preparation, it matures for over 24 months in French oak barrels. The result is an extremely long-lasting wine with a pronounced personality.
