In 1985, grandfather Henri Lamarche from Vosne-Romanée bequeaths a plot in the 1er Cru location Pommard Les Pézerolles to his grandson Jean-Louis Moissenet. Jean-Louis throws himself into the work, tending to the vineyard alongside his profession and achieving excellent results. Encouraged by the initial successes, he takes over his mother Elisabeth Moissenet-Lamarche's estate in 1988, at the age of 30. In September 2012, daughter Emmanuelle-Sophie joins the estate after her studies and some years of traveling. She brings the experiences of her studies into the business and ensures greater biodiversity in the vineyard through mechanical soil treatment. The wines are aged in wood, with the proportion of new wood not exceeding 30%.
