The house's basic cuvée consists of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Fine mousseux, on the palate an interesting mix of yellow fruit aromas combined with a slight smokiness.
The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are matured in steel tanks and age on the lees for 3-6 years depending on the quality. All champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be drunk from large glasses. Then they unfold their full greatness.

The champagne house was founded by two scions of well-known winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet, in 1986. Starting with 5 hectares, the family now owns 13.5 hectares, of which 6 are in the best Grand Cru locations of the Côte de Blancs in the municipalities of Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Since 2012, their son Charles has been continuing the estate in the established manner.
