Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) from Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Fine mousseux and very dry. With salty-mineral notes, combined with hints of brioche and yellow fruits.
Classic Grand Cru Champagne from the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
The vines are at least 40 years old, all qualities are matured in steel tanks and age on the lees for 3-6 years depending on the quality. All champagnes show the typical minerality and saltiness of the Côte des Blancs. They need some time to breathe and should be drunk from large glasses. Then they unfold their full greatness.

The champagne house was founded by two scions of well-known winemaking families in the Côte des Blancs, Anne Gonet and Philippe Gimonnet, in 1986. Starting with 5 hectares, the family now owns 13.5 hectares, of which 6 are in the best Grand Cru locations of the Côte de Blancs in the municipalities of Mesnil-sur Oger, Chouilly, Cramant, and Oger. Since 2012, their son Charles has been continuing the estate in the established manner.
