This Franciacorta is truly different! The young entrepreneurs are taking new paths! It starts with the fact that this Franciacorta, made in the style of Champagne, is exclusively aged in stainless steel tanks. Some may miss the familiar barrique aroma. However, we are simply thrilled.

The grapes are selectively hand-picked at the end of August - beginning of September (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 15,500 bottles - 250 magnums - yield per hectare: 95 quintals of grapes / ha = 55 hl / ha. These new paths in Franciacorta clearly set themselves apart from houses like Ca' Del Bosco.

70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Blanc.
