Aurore and Florian are the children of Michel Laval, one of the most famous winemakers from the Vallée de la Marne. Together, the two have been bottling their own champagne for some time now, and they are slowly but surely taking the reins in the family business.

Florian is a free spirit and artist who loves to experiment with various barrels and amphorae. What the siblings are bringing to the bottle together is already extremely impressive.
