A cuvée of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
Assemblage from different vintages of the 7 crus of the estate in Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, Avenay Val d'Or, Val des Marais, and Vaunciennes.
The base wine is from the year 2020 and forms the foundation of this champagne, with 60% coming from this vintage. The remaining 40% was carefully selected from reserve wines, half of which is aged in demi-muids.
This unique champagne underwent spontaneous fermentation, a complete malolactic fermentation, and was bottled in May 2022 without fining or filtration. Aging on the lees lasted between 20 and 32 months.
