This organic-biodynamic Gavi comes from the region of Tassarolo. The vineyard is located southwest at an altitude of 300 m above sea level. Terroir: limestone and clay soil, which allows for a good presence of minerals. The vineyard area is 22 hectares. The grapes are very selectively hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control exclusively with natural yeasts from the cellar.
The wine has a bright light yellow color and has a floral scent of fresh stone fruit. It has an excellent structure and balanced acidity with a beautiful length.
