After intensive development and valuable exchange with winemakers, the new Denk‘Art Balance glass was created.

For structure-emphasized wines that derive their tension and balance
from phenolics, tannins, long yeast aging, or deliberate
use of wood. The glass integrates, balances, and
harmonizes without distorting the true underlying characteristics such as terroir, fruit, saltiness, or tannin structure.
It reduces the prominence and dominance
of individual aroma elements like tannins or
phenols.

The surface size between that of Bordeaux and
Burgundy glasses gives the wine the necessary space
to unfold, while the strongly conical inward-sloping side
walls focus the aromas at a short distance, integrate
them, and combine them into a harmonious whole. The
glass provides an ethereal fineness with
simultaneous detailed precision.

Recommended for: wood-emphasized Chardonnay, Jura, must-fermented
white wines, whole-cluster fermented red wines, wines
with maceration content, as well as complex sparkling wines with
long yeast aging and oxidative elements.

Zalto

The Austrian brand Zalto delivers handcrafted glasses from their manufactory. The glassblowers keep the Earth's axis and the position of the stars firmly in mind when making the wine glasses. Zalto glasses, like the Denk'Art glass series, have achieved cult glass status in recent years and are highly sought after by wine connoisseurs. Among them are experts such as winemaker F. X. Pichler and Michelin-starred chef Juan Amador. The glasses are extremely thin-walled yet dishwasher safe; their invention goes back to the well-known "wine pastor" and TV personality Hans Denk. The production of Zalto glasses initially takes place without lead oxide, which allows the delicate glasses to be both strong and erosion-resistant. This has a significant effect on the taste of the wine.
