A unique dry white wine from the renowned Tokaj region. The fermentation already takes place in wooden vats, after which the wine matures on the lees in new oak barrels. Mandolás Furmint is powerful and at the same time wonderfully refreshing with good body and lively acidity.

Tokaj is one of the most traditional wine-growing regions in the world. The wines have been highly valued for centuries and were an integral part of the wine cellars of princes and kings throughout Europe. They were also called "King of wines, wine of kings."
In 2002, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee granted the Tokaj wine-growing region the status of a World Cultural Heritage site. In 1993, just three years after the end of communism, the Alvarez family turned to Hungary and founded Tokaj-Oremus Viñedos y Bodegas. Since then, great care has been taken in the continuous development of the winery. Thirty years after its founding, Oremus-Tokaj samples are models of elegance and perfectly combine new winemaking knowledge with the old traditions of the region.
