Muraglia is tradition-bound and still harvests the olives by hand, which are then cold-pressed in the old stone mill. Muraglia fills its best Peranzana oil in handcrafted and hand-painted jugs made by young artists. The Apulian, delicately fruity olive oil is one of the best in the region, as numerous national and international awards confirm.
