The medium-fruity olive oil from Apulia was pressed in October from 100% Peranzana olives.

On the nose, there are tomato, arugula, radish, and artichoke. On the palate, the oil is fresh, lively, and shows only subtle, well-integrated spicy and bitter notes. It tastes good with vegetables, salads, cooked fish, and fruit.

Muraglia is tradition-bound and still harvests the olives by hand, which are then cold-pressed in the old stone mill. Muraglia fills its best Peranzana oil in handcrafted and hand-painted jugs made by young artists.
