In a golden yellow and brilliant color. The aromas are intense and broad, with notes of ripe white-fleshed peach, jasmine, broom, herbs, and an iodine finish.

Well balanced on the palate, persistent and harmonious.

Hand-harvested with grape sorting, destemming, and subsequent selection of berries. The berries are cold macerated for about 48 hours before fermentation and then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in new French oak barriques. It remains on its fine lees in the barrels throughout the entire aging process, generally 12 months, during which bâtonnage is performed. After bottling, the wine rests for at least 12 months in the bottle.

Inspired by the metaphorical contrast of the medieval table "Ars Magna" by Ramon Llull, the Chardonnay Ars Magna reflects the principle of "Bonitas," a noun expressing goodness, good quality, but also honesty and fertility. The purest and most careful selection of Ars Magna Chardonnay, grown on soil that produces a special wine both in composition and location, allows the Chardonnay to express its full aromatic power and minerality. The patient work in the cellar and the combinatory art of oak aging complete the goodness and refinement of this wine.

Roman Omina

There are people who grow beyond themselves for something new. This is also true for the people behind ÔMINA ROMANA: They are united not only by a passion for wine but also by the desire to create something that leaves lasting value and becomes part of the country's centuries-old history. Owner Katharina Börner ensures that this determination never loses its strength, running the winery with great dedication, supported by the whole family.

In Velletri, she is supported by Paula Pacheco, who oversees work in the vineyards and olive groves, by Simone Sarnà, the oenologist in the wine cellar, and Claudio Gori, who advises her as an internationally recognized oenologist.
