The Éclats is a champagne from the terroir Les Coteaux du Petit Morin with chalky and clay soils of the Côte de Sézanne and embedded flint. The vines are around 45 years old. Meunier (60%), Pinot Noir (30%), and Chardonnay were used. The spontaneously fermented juices were aged one quarter in fuder and three quarters in inox. A malolactic fermentation was not checked. The vintage is 2021 and 2022. The dégorgement took place in April 2024 and the dosage is 3.5 g/L.
