The Éclats is a champagne from the terroir Les Coteaux du Petit Morin with chalky and clay soils of the Côte de Sézanne, including embedded flint. The vines are about 45 years old. Meunier (60%), Pinot Noir (30%), and Chardonnay were used. The spontaneously fermented juices were aged one quarter in large wooden casks and three quarters in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation was not verified. The vintage is 2021 and 2022. The disgorgement took place in April 2024, and the dosage is 3.5 g/L.
