On the palate, it is slender and enormously precise. It shows a beautifully ripe fruit that is in perfect harmony with its salty minerality and delicate acidity.

On the finish, orange zest and Williams pear, paired with lemon balm and a wonderfully ripe salted lemon. It leaves a creamy yet juicy mouthfeel. A very slender, elegant yet extract-rich wine with fine grip and depth.
