This is a single-varietal Syrah.

On the 2-hectare vineyard "La Monaca," 320m above sea level, in the Monreale DOC, Syrah has found the perfect growing conditions since 2011. The cooler, sandy soils combined with the vineyard’s northeast orientation ensure consistently good grape ripeness even in hot years.

480 hours of labor were invested in the vineyard.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 14 months aging in 350 L French oak barrels.
