A unique dry white wine from the renowned Tokaj region. The fermentation already takes place in wooden vats, after which the wine matures on the lees in new oak barrels. Mandolás Furmint is powerful yet wonderfully refreshing, with good body and lively acidity.

Tokaj is one of the most traditional wine regions in the world. For centuries, its wines were highly prized and an integral part of the wine cellars of princes and kings throughout Europe. They were also called the "King of Wines, Wine of Kings".
In 2002, the UNESCO World Heritage Committee granted the Tokaj wine region World Heritage status. In 1993, just three years after the end of communism, the Alvarez family turned to Hungary and founded Tokaj-Oremus Viñedos y Bodegas. Since then, great care has been taken in the continuous development of the winery. Thirty years after its founding, Oremus-Tokaj wines are models of elegance, perfectly combining new winemaking knowledge with the old traditions of the region.
