The color is a strong yellow with higher viscosity. The aromas are lush and intense. They recall warm apricots, lemon tart, candied pineapple, mango, and ginger. A hint of mint and floral notes of white blossoms are accompanied in the finish by toasted aromas from the barriques.

The wine ferments for 10-12 months in the aforementioned new French barriques and then remains for about 6 months in the stainless steel tank.

The ARS MAGNA, in the name of wine, comes from the connection to the philosopher Raimondo Lullo, with "Virtus" in the sense of appreciation, moral perfection, honesty, and respect, which relate to the conscientious work carried out with passion from the vineyard to bottling.
