This allows the characteristic aromas and natural freshness of the Nebbiolo grapes to be preserved. The short maturation period in stainless steel tanks helps maintain the clarity and liveliness of the wine. In the glass, it shows a lively rosé color. On the nose, aromas of juicy red berries such as currants and raspberries unfold, underlined by delicate floral notes and a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is fruity and fresh, with a refreshing acidity and pleasant minerality typical of Nervi wines. The well-integrated acidity gives the wine structure and finesse, and the fruit aromas provide a long, harmonious finish.
