The Francis Blanchet winery specializes in classic, minerally fresh Sauvignon Blancs that still fully express the wonderful fruit of the Sauvignon Blanc in the glass. The Domaine, which is only 13.5 hectares in size, is run as a traditional family winery. Father and son work hand in hand, and as a Haute Valeur Environnementale certified operation, they also work hand in hand with nature.
