This Franciacorta is truly different! The young entrepreneurs are taking new paths! It starts with the fact that this Franciacorta, made in the Champagne style, is exclusively aged in stainless steel tanks. Some may miss the usual barrique aroma. However, we are simply thrilled.

The grapes are selectively handpicked (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 6,000 bottles

Hectare yield: 95 quintals of grapes / ha = 35 hl / ha. These new paths in Franciacorta clearly distinguish themselves from houses like Ca' Del Bosco.

90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc.

Saten is always bottled with lower bottle pressure (5 bar instead of 6 bar) and therefore has a silkier mouthfeel. The name Saten comes from the local dialect for silk.
