After 25 years, Markus quit his job to study viticulture and oenology and to further develop the BIBO RUNGE winery and its wines together with Monika. They share the same vision of what defines first-class wines: They love intensely aromatic wines that are excellently crafted and perfect in every way!

Today, we are already among the wineries with the lowest CO2 footprint, and we are currently working intensively to initiate a nationwide deposit system for wine bottles in Germany.
