This 100% Riesling from the Rheingau was gently dealcoholized and then given a small BIBO RUNGE Riesling dosage. What that is remains a secret, but that's what makes the difference!

The DESERTEUR is an excellent non-alcoholic wine, say connoisseurs and sommeliers. A must for everyone who has never tried a dealcoholized wine with <0.5% vol. alcohol and for the fans anyway.

Markus quit his job after 25 years to study viticulture and oenology and to further develop the BIBO RUNGE winery and its wines together with Monika.
