The Blanc de Blancs was last produced in 2013. A rarity from the side alone, which was not produced for 3 years.
The previous edition once impressed a well-known wine expert at the champagne club in the store so much that he was tempted to say “This is where champagne really begins”. As you can see, it was a blind tasting that backfired, at least a little. The winner of the blind tasting was BdB from Bernhard Huber.
