The Rosé Majeur captures the full aromatic finesse of the champagne wines from the house of AYALA. The house’s emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay, is present in this cuvée at 51%. This gives the Rosé freshness and elegance.
The Pinot Noir comes exclusively from Grand Cru sites in the Montagne de Reims.
Assemblage from 24 different vineyard sites of the 2019-2016 vintages. 6% Grand Cru red wine ensures the Rosé takes on its pink color.
The focus in production is to let the fruit of the Pinot Noir shine through.
